Terms & Conditions – The Prodify
Effective Date: Since 2020
Welcome to The Prodify. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By engaging with us—either through purchases, inquiries, or service agreements—you agree to the following terms:
1. Company Overview
The Prodify is a supplier of high-end Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) products in Pakistan. We also offer engineering services through our division, Nest Engineering. All goods and services provided are subject to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Product Availability & Orders
All orders are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion.
Prices may be subject to change due to fluctuations in market rates, foreign exchange, and taxation.
3. Quotations & Pricing
Quotations are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated.
Prices are exclusive of all applicable taxes (e.g., GST, WHT) unless specifically mentioned.
Transportation, handling, or installation charges (if applicable) will be mentioned separately.
4. Payment Terms
Standard payment terms are 100% advance or as mutually agreed in writing.
Payments must be made via bank transfer or other authorized channels.
Late payments may incur penalties or service suspension.
5. Delivery & Installation
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Any delays due to acts of God, strikes, transport issues, or supply chain interruptions are not the responsibility of The Prodify.
Installation (if applicable) will be carried out by Nest Engineering under a separate scope of work.
6. Returns & Warranty
Products may only be returned in case of manufacturing defects, subject to inspection.
Warranty (if any) is as per manufacturer’s policy and starts from the date of delivery.
Custom-ordered or used items are non-returnable.
7. Engineering Services
Services provided by Nest Engineering will be governed by a mutually signed scope of work and service agreement.
Any changes in design, execution plan, or scope must be approved in writing.
8. Liability
The Prodify is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or installation of our products.
All technical usage and installation must comply with local regulations and standards.
9. ESG & Compliance
The Prodify is committed to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards.
We ensure ethical sourcing, energy-efficient product recommendations, and workplace safety.
Clients are encouraged to adopt best practices aligned with sustainability and safety.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including logos, product images, and text—is the property of The Prodify and may not be used without written permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi.
