Return & Refund Policy – The Prodify

At The Prodify, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with a product you have received, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

✅ 7-Day Return Window

You may return an item within 7 days of the delivery date, subject to the following terms:

🔁 Eligibility for Return

Product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

A valid proof of purchase or invoice must be provided.

Return request must be made in writing via email to info@theprodify.com within the 7-day window.

Only standard stock items are eligible. Custom-built, special-order, or imported items are non-returnable.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Products damaged due to mishandling, improper installation, or unauthorized modification.

Used, installed, or altered products.

Services provided by Nest Engineering (e.g., labor, installation, design, inspection) are non-refundable once delivered.

Clearance or discounted items marked as “Final Sale.”

💰 Refund Process

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method or by cross cheque in the buyer’s name.

Shipping, delivery, and handling charges are non-refundable.

🔄 Exchange Option

If preferred, eligible items may be exchanged instead of refunded—subject to stock availability.

🚚 Return Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.

All returned goods must be shipped to our warehouse at:

📩 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email your request to info@theprodify.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our support team will verify your request and provide return authorization and instructions.

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of the refund or exchange status.
